We were fortunate to have a visit from Shadow Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard this weekend.

Luke, who is MP for Plymouth: Sutton & Devonport, visited the constituency on Sunday accompanied by our Parliamentary candidate, Perran Moon. His visit started off with a veteran’s breakfast followed by doorstep campaigning in Hayle with local members and a proper Cornish pasty at Philp’s, before moving on to Truro & Falmouth for more doorknocking. The day was capped off with a fundraising dinner at the Alverton Hotel in Truro, where Luke gave an inspirational speech to members from all over Cornwall focussing on getting Labour MPS elected here.

We look forward to welcoming Luke back to the constituency in the near future.
