Our Business Liaison Officer (BULO) Gareth Looker had a fantastic day at Cornwall Chamber of Commerce’s Business Fair, which was held at Falmouth University’s Penryn Campus.  The event was attended by business owners from across Cornwall and it was a great opportunity to promote Labour’s pro-business policies and engage in conversation about the concerns of businesses in the Duchy.

Many employers understand that difficulties in recruiting employees is directly related to the lack of affordable housing and Jayne Kirkham, who has been running Labour’s ‘First Homes Not Second Homes’ campaign with Plymouth MP Luke Pollard, turned up to help for a while. She is currently running to be Truro & Falmouth’s Parliamentary Candidate.
